Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Digital downloads are delivered immediately.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Flat fee of $6 for orders totaling $50 or less. This is the total for the products and does not include taxes.
Free shipping for orders totaling more than $50.01.
International Shipping Rates
Flat fee of $20 for orders totaling $100 or less.
Free shipping for orders totaling more than $100.01.
There are select products that do not ship to certain countries. The countries that are excluded are listed on the product pages for the applicable products.
International shipping times are longer and average 2 – 30 business days depending on the product. Specific of the shipping times are provided on the individual product pages.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Mental Wellness Space is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If after receiving your shipping confirmation you haven’t received your order within the estimated shipping time, please contact us at support@mentalwellnessspace.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
SHIPPING ADDRESS REMINDER
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not able to reroute packages or re-ship orders that are delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us, we’re happy to resend it — additional shipping charges may apply.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping and inspection costs for the return. Digital goods cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@mentalwellnessspace.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
